ArmMage — Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Product Type Return Window Condition Requirements
Physical goods (shipped items) 14 calendar days from the delivery date • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Downloadable software & Magento 2 extensions 7 calendar days from purchase • Only if (a) the extension cannot be installed or made to work as advertised and (b) ArmMage support is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days after you open a ticket.
Services / custom development Non-returnable Hours worked and deliverables are non-refundable once accepted or delivered.

Items marked Final Sale, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and license renewals cannot be returned.


2. Return Authorisation (RMA)

  1. Log in to My Account → Returns or visit the Return Request page and submit an RMA within the applicable window.

  2. Select the items, choose a reason, and upload clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  3. You will receive an RMA number and prepaid label (where applicable) by email within one business day.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of RMA approval. Unauthorised or late returns may be refused.


3. Inspection & Decision

Physical goods are inspected within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. We notify you by email once the assessment is complete:

  • Approved – Refund, replacement, or store credit is processed.

  • Partially approved – Refund may be prorated if the item shows signs of wear or missing parts.

  • Rejected – Item is returned to you at your expense.

Software refunds are approved when our technical team confirms the issue cannot be fixed.


4. Refund Method & Timing

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong items – ArmMage provides a prepaid label (or reimburses reasonable postage if prepaid shipping is unavailable).

  • Unwanted items – Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless all items in the order are faulty.


6. Exchanges

Where stock permits, we can exchange size/colour variants. Submit an RMA and choose Exchange; the replacement ships after we receive and inspect the original item.


7. International Returns

All returns must be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable; contact your local customs office for reclaim options.
